Morrison was founded in 1981, the philosophy was to bring quality knitwear on the market. This was achieved in Scotland, which is known for creating the world's finest knitwear.
Staying true to their initial philosophy all the garments are still individually manufactured with great care by traditionally skilled craftsmen in either Scotland or Ireland.
In 2009, a new side label: Howlin’ - the more playful counterpart of the 'classic' Morrison - full of colour, irony and owls. The philosophy of manufacturing remains traditional, but Howlin' - Scottish slang for 'smelly' - offers more room for fantasy in shape and pattern.
