We at Philip Browne menswear would like to formally apologise to the one person who complained about the urinating mannequin. As a result, the police have informed us that we are under violation of the Public Order Act 1986 Part1.5. The mannequin has had to put his penis back in his trousers, zip his flies and clean his own disgraceful mess. Shame upon him!
