We are pleased to offer a free premium next working day service for all orders placed online when you spend over £50*, (cost is £6 for orders under £50*). We communicate closely with our courier who have developed a unique interactive service that advises you when your package will arrive within a one hour delivery window.

You receive notification by text and/or email with the option to change the delivery date or opt for delivery with a neighbour. We want to give you more control and flexibility when ordering online.

All orders placed before 2pm qualify for this service. Orders received after 2pm, or at weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched the next working day. These will then be delivered the following working day from that point. If you would prefer to receive your goods on a Saturday, you can select this at checkout for an additional cost of £12. You can place an order on any day of the week prior to Saturday and delivery will be arranged for the closest Saturday.

On occasion, we may have a query relating to your order such as stock availability or verification of a payment. This might cause a delay to the service, although we will contact you to discuss any issues.

Unfortunately we can not offer the same service to UK highland and offshore destinations. These orders will be shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

We will not deliver to PO Box addresses due to security reasons.

*Free delivery is excluded from all hard launches (YEEZY, adidas Vintage etc), and additional shipping costs may be incurred due to the value/demand and size of the product. 

Delivery to the EU and worldwide

EU shipping - £12.00

EU shipping (heavy orders over 2kg) - £25.00

All deliveries to destinations within the EU are sent by DPD, Royal Mail Delivery or another reputable courier service. We can provide tracking information with a link to online track-and-trace services. Delivery times vary depending on destination. We aim to have goods with you within 4-5 working days although please allow up to 14 days. 

Delivery to international destinations (outside EU)

International shipping - £25.00

International shipping (heavy orders over 2kg) - £55.00

All deliveries to international destinations outside the EU are sent by Royal Mail Delivery or another reputable courier service such as DHL or UPS. We can provide tracking information with a link to online track-and-trace services. International delivery times vary depending on destination. We aim to have goods with you within 5-10 working days although please allow up to 20 days. We regret that we are not liable for any customs or import duties that you might incur, please contact us before ordering to discuss any special arrangements.

Please note that shipments to Russia may take longer than expected due to delays at the country's border.

Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase from ourselves. On occasion however, we understand that you may wish to return items - please find our returns policy below.

You can return some or all of the goods and receive a refund for those items returned if you do so in accordance with the following procedures:

i) You must inform via email within 7 days of receiving your goods clearly stating your order number and which goods you wish to return.

ii) You will then receive an email from us with an authorisation number - this must be clearly stated on the outside of the package and the returns form inside the package to be sent back. The goods and completed returns form must be returned within 7 days from the sending of our authorisation email.

iii) Goods being returned must be in their original, unworn condition with their labels still attatched. We would advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attatched labels. Please do not remove labels when trying on garments. Please ensure that you are not wearing an aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. Please note that shoeboxes are to be treated as part of the item and care should be taken to protect these when wrapping.

We will not accept returns for any goods that have been worn and labels removed.

iv) When returning goods we would strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery services or a courier that offers a proof of delivery or tracking service and adequate insurance. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received back by Please ensure that you have adequate insurance in place and wrap the package safely and securely.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the above policy is not followed and we would like to emphasise that time limits are strict. If you have overrun your returns time limit please contact us at and we will contact you and advise on the best course of action.

Your statutory consumer rights as afforded to you under UK law are not affected.

Returns Policy – Faulty Goods

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is faulty, we will be happy to refund your costs incurred in sending it back. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges.

In the case of goods that are faulty please contact us at quoting your order number, contact details, details of the product and reason for the return and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed regarding returning your faulty goods.

Where you say the goods are faulty, we do not accept the following as faults: fair wear and tear to the goods or where the goods have been handled negligently by you or damaged after delivery to you.

Exchanges and refunds

To exchange an item for a different size simply specify the new size you require on the enclosed paperwork with the goods and return the goods. The new size will be sent out on receipt of goods being returned. Unfortunately we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange a garment(s) and purchase a different style, we suggest you return the item(s) for a refund and purchase the new item separately.

All items must be returned to us in accordance with our stated Returns Policy before a refund is issued. We will refund the original purchaser's credit/debit card (excluding original delivery charges) within 3 days of receipt of goods. It can however take a few days for the refund to reach your bank account especially if you are an international customer.

In the case of faulty items we reserve our position until we have fully inspected the goods.

Not quite right? No problem.

Just make sure the item is returned to us...

- Within 28 Days.

- Unworn & Unwashed.

- Accompanied with a valid receipt.

- Labels attached, NOT reattached.

- In original condition.


Items then can be exchanged for another item(s)/size or a ‘Gift Voucher’.

Refunds are only given to the purchaser and in the means in which they paid.


Faulty Items

If you were unlucky and have a faulty item, then please return.

Our staff will check the ‘Fault’,

If deemed faulty then the purchaser will be reimbursed in full.

Replacements maybe offered if available.

If the Item is not deemed ‘Faulty’ by the staff or management, then the item may be sent back for further inspection.

Items with things such as loose stitching, missing buttons etc.

A repair or replacement parts may be offered.
